Begin Your Child's Journey with Jeewan International School

At Jeewan International School, we believe that every child's educational journey deserves a smooth and transparent beginning. Our admission process has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a seamless experience for parents while identifying each learner's readiness to thrive in our nurturing academic environment.

Step 1: Enquiry & Counselling

Parents/Guardians are invited to visit the school campus or connect with the Admission Office for a personalised counselling session. Our Admission Team will provide detailed information about the curriculum, academic programmes, facilities, fee structure, school policies, and admission process. A School Prospectus will also be shared.

Step 2: Age Eligibility Verification

Before registration, the child's age is verified in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Government of India guidelines, and applicable CBSE norms. Parents are requested to present the child's Birth Certificate or any other valid proof of date of birth for verification.

Only candidates fulfilling the prescribed age criteria are eligible to proceed with registration.

Step 3: Registration

Eligible applicants may complete the Registration Form either:

Online: Through the school's official website.

Offline: By visiting the Admission Office and submitting the completed Registration Form along with the prescribed registration fee and supporting documents./p>

Please Note: Registration is only an application for admission and does not guarantee a seat. Admission is subject to fulfilment of all admission requirements and the availability of vacancies.

Step 4: Admission Assessment

The admission assessment is designed to evaluate the child's age-appropriate learning readiness and academic foundation.

Nursery: Informal observation and child-friendly interaction.

LKG & UKG: Age-appropriate written and oral assessment.

Class I & Above: Competency-based assessment in English, Mathematics, Science, and General Awareness (where applicable), based on the previous class curriculum.

Step 5: Student & Parent Interaction

Shortlisted students participate in a brief interaction with the Admission Committee to assess communication skills, confidence, curiosity, and overall school readiness.

Parents/Guardians will also meet the Principal or Admission Team to discuss the child's educational journey, understand the school's philosophy, and build a strong partnership with the school.

Step 6: Document Verification

The following documents are required for verification:

Birth Certificate

Aadhaar Card of the Student and Parents

Recent Passport-size Photographs

Previous School Report Card/Mark Sheet

Transfer Certificate (where applicable)

Character Certificate (where applicable)

Medical Fitness Certificate (if required)

PEN and APAAR ID (if available)

Original documents must be produced for verification at the time of admission.

Step 7: Admission Confirmation

Admission is confirmed upon:

Successful completion of the admission process.

Verification of all required documents.

Availability of seats.

Payment of the prescribed admission fee within the stipulated timeline.

Step 8: Orientation & Commencement of Classes

Newly admitted students and their parents will be invited to attend the School Orientation Programme before the commencement of the academic session. The programme familiarises families with the school's academic framework, policies, facilities, and culture, ensuring a confident and positive start to school life.

Admission Criteria

Admission to Jeewan International School is based on the following criteria:

Age eligibility as per NEP 2020, Government, and CBSE guidelines.

Performance in the admission assessment and student interaction (where applicable).

Previous academic record for higher classes.

Availability of seats in the respective grade.

Submission and verification of complete and authentic documents.
